Over 8 weeks, we will journey inward and beyond. The breath has been revered as one of the most important healing modalities in any spiritual practice.

As a human, the breath is the first moment you'll experience. It's also the last as you transition to the other side. It's time we made every breath count. 

Breath can be powerfully anti ageing, anti inflammatory and has been known to assist healing in mind, body and spirit.

• Effects of breathwork on other body systems such as cardiovascular, nervous system, neurotransmitters, liver, kidneys, skin, gut.

• Yogic and Buddhist theory for breath and detachment

• Connection to oneness / source

• Creation of ceremony & ritual

The practical 🙂

• Pranayama (6 types)

• Breath techniques for 1:1 and group setting (integrated, biodynamic, holotropic, rebirth)

• How to create a spotify playlist for the journey 

• How to hold space and create safety for one on one & group sessions - this is one of THE most important aspects of facilitation; becoming a confident and grounded facilitator.

• Social and cultural considerations

• Intentional use of language

Also includes bonus templates for waivers, participation agreements, and recommendations for insurance so you're covered the whole way.

A workbook is also included for your reference. 

There is a monthly call available for all participants. Some will utilise this course for self / personal inquiry, others will add this as a skill to their practitioner or coaching programs & offers. I am here to assist you in that journey. If you wish for breathwork to be a part of your body of work, the monthly call will support you in this journey. (calls run for 12 months during and post course completion)
